Poor Quality Service

I am positively dissatisfied with the service we received from Blindcraft Hartlepool, especially as a friend recommended them. Sometimes it worth paying that little extra for quality service. As with Blindcraft we got Poor service, very arrogant sales and a poor installation. We have since used another company from the town which charges a little extra but in terms of quality and after sales service was money well spent. Would certainly not recommend. One star one star to much !!
